When do I pay and sign the agreement?
To secure your booking, sign the rental agreement and pay a 50% deposit online. You can also pay in full at booking. Any remaining balance is due the day before your rental starts.
Do you deliver, set up and collect the equipment?
Yes. The Just4Fun team delivers, sets up and collects your equipment. Enter the event location when requesting your quote so the delivery charge can be calculated. Customer pickup is available only by prior arrangement for selected items.
How long is the rental? Can I book more than one day?
The listed daily price covers your chosen times within one calendar date. There is no five-hour limit, and a shorter rental costs the same. For rentals across multiple calendar dates, contact us to arrange your quote while online multi-day booking is being finalised.
Will the equipment fit, and what access details do you need?
Check the dimensions on each product listing before ordering. Allow additional clear space for setup, anchoring, blowers and entrances, plus overhead clearance. You do not need to enter your yard measurements.
Tell us about gates, narrow passages, stairs, slopes, long carrying routes and restricted vehicle access. Include the gate opening width if known, plus any school or venue access instructions. If a product dimension is missing or access is unusual, add the details in your booking notes so we can confirm before booking.
Inflatable blowers need continuous power during use. Water slides used wet need a water connection. Tell us what is available at your setup area; the exact requirements depend on the equipment you select. Choose “Not sure” on the booking form if you need help checking.
How much foam is included in a Foam Party?
Each Foam Party booking includes up to 40 minutes of actual foam use, even if the equipment is booked for the day. Extra foam time requires additional 40-minute bookings: two blocks provide up to 80 minutes and three provide up to 120 minutes. Tell us your total required foam time in the booking notes so we can arrange the extra blocks.
How many people can use an inflatable?
Capacity varies by unit. Where a maximum number of children is listed, the adult-only capacity is half that number: for example, 6 children or 3 adults. These are alternative limits, not combined totals. Follow the separate rider, lane and slide limits supplied for each unit. Ask us about mixed groups. Adult supervision is required throughout inflatable use.
What if I have a special request or need to change a booking?
Add special requests to “Access details and special requests” so they stay with your booking. For a question the booking page does not answer or a change to an existing booking, email info@just4funwk.ca or call 250-863-7858. Include your booking number if you have one.
