Before you book
How long is the rental?
The listed daily price covers your chosen times within one calendar date. There is no five-hour limit, and a shorter rental costs the same. For rentals across multiple dates, contact us to arrange your quote while online multi-day booking is being finalised.
Will the equipment fit?
Check the dimensions on each product listing before ordering. Allow additional clear space around the equipment for setup, anchoring, blowers and entrances, plus overhead clearance. You do not need to enter your yard measurements here. If a dimension is missing or you are unsure, describe your concern in the access notes so we can confirm before booking.
What access information do you need?
Tell us about gates, narrow passages, stairs, slopes, long carrying routes or restricted vehicle access. Include a gate opening width if known and any school or venue access instructions. We will review unusual access with you.
Do I need power or water?
Inflatable blowers need continuous power during use. Water slides used wet need a water connection. Tell us what is available at your setup area; the exact requirements depend on your selected equipment. Select “Not sure” if you need help checking.
How much foam is included?
Each Foam Party booking includes up to 40 minutes of actual foam use, even if the equipment is booked for the day. More foam time requires additional 40-minute bookings: two blocks provide up to 80 minutes, three provide up to 120 minutes. Tell us the total foam time you want in your notes so we can arrange the extra blocks.
How many people can use an inflatable?
Capacity varies by unit. Where a unit lists a maximum number of children, the adult-only capacity is half that number: for example, 6 children or 3 adults, and 4 children or 2 adults. These are alternative limits, not combined totals. Follow the separate rider, lane and slide limits supplied for each unit. Ask us about mixed groups. Adult supervision is required throughout inflatable use.
When do I pay?
A signed agreement and a non-refundable 50% deposit are required to reserve your booking. Pay the remaining balance online no later than the day before your rental starts, or choose to pay in full at booking.
